EGraphics-design Processes Your Order
When you complete your design order form after talk with us and we receive your payment, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation. If any information is missing or we have questions, we'll let you know at that time. Now, we begin work on your design.
Your First Design Samples
Your first draft will be uploaded on a secure site accessible only by the client i.e. you within the time frame specified.
Design Revisions
Give us feedback to revise your design either online, via our service IM or e-mail. We try to ensure complete customer satisfaction regardless of the inconvenience. Feel comfortable asking for any revisions at this point. There are no extra charges for design revisions.
Design Approval
When you e-mail us your approval, we will send you a package with various graphic formats of your design. You will retain complete copyright to the finalized designs.
